Why don't we retrieve this information automatically?
Official search tools don't allow external systems to retrieve their data, so we can't do this for you. However, you can easily use them yourself — and we'll handle the rest, providing the service fully legally, reliably, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Will I receive photos after the service is completed?

Yes, every service ends with a detailed photo report showing the results of the work performed and includes a short note from the caretaker.
We ensure the highest quality reports, but it's worth remembering that the final result may be affected by weather conditions and the surroundings of the resting place.

How quickly will the order be completed?

Standard completion time is 1–7 business days (depending on the type of service, material availability, etc.) from order confirmation.

Once the work is complete, you immediately receive a notification with access to the photo report.

If something goes wrong, contact us — we'll help as a mediator to resolve the issue. All services are documented with photos, so the situation is transparent for both parties.

Through our rating system, we eliminate unreliable service providers and maintain quality on the platform.

Beyond standard cleaning and maintenance, you can ask the service provider for additional work — e.g., replacing candle inserts, placing fresh flowers, minor repairs, prayer in a special intention, or lighting a candle on a special day.

Describe your needs in the order, and the service provider will quote and propose a solution.

What we don't offer?
We don't provide funeral services, don't erect headstones, and don't perform work requiring specialist construction equipment. Such services are the domain of stonemasons and funeral homes.

Accepted Answer

Frequency depends on location and season. We recommend:

• **Minimum twice a year** – in spring (March/April) and before All Saints' Day (October)
• **Optimally 3-4 times a year** – additionally in summer and after winter
• **Year-round packages (6 visits)** – every 2 months, ideal for those living far away

Graves in the shade of trees require more frequent cleaning due to falling leaves. Granite headstones are less demanding than terrazzo, which requires regular washing and impregnation.

**Winter service scope (November-March):**
