2. Scope of Processed Data
We process only data provided through the form: email address. We do not process any other personal data at this stage of the project.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing
We process data for the purpose of sending information about application launch and project status – legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller), and sending marketing communications – only if the user has given voluntary consent to receive such content (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Data Recipients
Data may be transferred only to service providers necessary to handle the signup process (e.g., newsletter system, hosting), acting under data processing agreements. Data is not sold, shared, or transferred to unauthorized entities.
5. Storage Period
Data will be processed until information about application launch is sent or until marketing communication consent is withdrawn, if granted. After this period, data will be deleted.
6. User Rights
Users have the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it ("right to be forgotten"), withdraw consent at any time, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of UODO (Polish Data Protection Authority).
